Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation of your Free Shipping: At Pergola Furniture, we proudly offer FREE shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the United States. If we cannot ship to your location or encounter any issues, we will contact you by phone or email to make the necessary adjustments. Estimated shipping dates are provided on product pages and during checkout. To view any changes to your estimated shipping date(s), log into your Pergola Furniture account and go to My Orders under the My Account section.

Order Confirmation & Order Shipment: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. We will then begin the fulfillment process. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, with transit times varying from 5-7 business days.

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided during checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please follow up with us at support@pergolafurniture.com.

Standard Ground Shipping: Small Parcel FedEx and UPS Items: Shipping methods are determined based on the size and weight of your product. For small parcel items, we use FedEx or UPS. Most items shipped this way do not require a signature. If you prefer to require a signature, please contact our customer service team through our website.

Freight Delivery: Large or Oversized Items: For larger furniture and furnishings, we use a freight carrier service. Freight deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm local time. For residential deliveries, the freight carrier will contact you to set up a delivery appointment. Standard freight shipments are delivered curbside. You have the option to upgrade to white glove delivery service during checkout. All freight deliveries require a signature, and customers must inspect their packages for visible damage before signing. If your item(s) show visible damage, note this on the delivery receipt to expedite the claim process. Refer to our Damaged Items section for more details. Pergola Furniture is not responsible for shipping delays due to the fault of the manufacturer or delivery carrier.

Estimated Shipping Dates Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with the approximate lead time. Please note that shipping dates are estimates and may change based on product availability. If the manufacturer provides an updated ship date, we will inform you. You will have 24 hours to make changes or cancellations via the Contact Us link or phone call. If no changes are made, we will proceed with the order. Orders in production are subject to restocking fees.

Damaged Items & Refused Deliveries: If you receive a damaged product, you may refuse delivery and document the damages on the delivery receipt. Contact us via phone or the Contact Us link with details of the damage to arrange a return or exchange. If damage is discovered after delivery, you have 10 business days to submit a claim with supporting documentation and photos. This window may be extended for custom items. We will review and approve claims within 10 business days and send free replacement parts if approved.

Do not refuse delivery for undamaged products. If the product appears significantly damaged at the time of delivery, you may refuse it. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with refused delivery of undamaged products.
